Dear Mister Aosen,
Under normal circumstances the Astrian Colonial Authority would be willing to sell our products to the Hiocan Society. However, recent actions by the Hiocans have made it abundantly clear that these are not normal circumstances.
In the most recent news post from the Hiocans, you have created unnecessary unrest and conflict among the citizens of the ACA and the Union. By stating there has been a declaration of war, which has yet to be made and thus an outright lie, you may even have warned the enemy.
The Hiocan Societies reckless actions have likely cost us the element of surprise, which has put the ACAs soldiers in greater danger. These brave men and women who are selflessly willing to lay down their lives to protect worlds that have nothing to do with them. Not to mention the troops of other worlds and the Union. This is something the Astrian Colonial Authority cannot and will not stand for!
Thus we will not be expanding trade with the Hiocans for the immediate future. I advise your government to reflect on its actions and tread carefully. Some of the less understanding members of the Union might see these mistakes as deliberate, which would make it treason. Luckily the ACA knows better.
Regards,
Ambassador Hiru Othian
