The Sundarian Federation wishes to aid the Ministry of Defence with her intelligence gathering against the Slave Rebellion threat. On Behalf of the Sundarian I hereby ask permission to enter IO Protocol territory and the use of your hyperspace lane for our Survey Fleet "Beyond the Horizon".

We intend to move to 13 -4 this order to gather further intelligence on 12 -4 and 12 -5. Depending on the intelligence at that moment we will either hold position for a while or continue onward.
