The Astai specialised several of their industrial compounds and thereby increased the dividends from a VAC Torvaya Oigen branch in their system. Their lack of diligence in bookkeeping lead to the unexplained disappearance of 10 .

As a result, -flow from VAC dividends will remain stable this turn as an auditing team reviews their complete bookkeeping for this turn's income. In the coming turn, the results will be made available and the flow of dividends will be adjusted accordingly.

In the meantime, any funds that have suddenly appeared are being appropriated by my execute order to support the veolian war effort.
