[Mail] To Union Members: Market influences Teprogrenaian Absence

Dear union members,
With the inactivity in the Parumecaetes System there are several influences on the markets of the union. As such, the Astai Republic would like to buy additional weapons and we remind union members that we can deliver Construction Materials and Vehicles at cheap prices.
The Teprogrenaian Consensus appears to be going into a long period of economic inactivity, and as such may cease to export goods to other union members. The major effects on the union economy will be a decrease in their shipments of
,

and a small impact on export of 
as well a reduction in the production of 
in such a pivotal war time.
As such the Astai Republic calls for Union members to increase the production of weapons and we would like to purchase at least 180 , up to a maximum of 1100 if there are factions willing to trade such amounts. Might members find themselves with a reduced amount of or then the Astai Republic can meet those needs.

If we work together and use each others strength we will be able to prevent an Union wide economic regression.
The Hiocan Society is investing in their production and within 7 
we will be finished with the first zones. In time we should be able to cover for the Teprogrenaian Consensus. We could produce also some extra .
With the current war it is import that we can supply our troops with sufficient. We would also like to find a new partner for .

We have carefully analysed the economies of Union members and have concluded that, currently, the ACA is in the best position to take this task. We have both the military expertise and the raw materials necessary to build without having to revise our economy.
That being said, this would have some impact on our economy. To compensate for this we are looking to outsource our
production. We are looking for quantities of at least 400 and this amount is likely to grow.

The Praetorian Empire is currently looking at the allocation of resources due to the breakdown of the Teprogrenaian Consensus as well.
We have a list of products and raw materials that we would like to order. We would like to request a quotation with your faction for:

This order is mainly to correct the lack of that the Teprogrenaian Consensus leave us with.
We are willing to start in 300, however a few weeks later would be not problem for us. We propose a continuous trade with for example a 10 cancellation notice.
We can offer 200-400

On the positive side we will have a small surplus of

We intended the weapons as an additional trade. However I believe that placing an order at the Bluethread Financial Group together could be a better option that we have to explore first.
We are willing to buy 250. A price of 0.25 would be preferable. However we are willing to go as high as 0.35 .
