We were pleasantly surprised by your offer - we indeed have an interest in increasing our trade fleet.
I have spoken with my people about your offer, and we are willing to purchase a total of 1500 MTCF's provided they meet with our quality requirements. How long would your world need to finish an order of that size?
At your proposed price, we would pay 7500 for the MTCF's. We believe this is a bit excessive. We would propose a 10% discount for the size of our order. Would this be agreeable?
To establish if our quality requirements are met, we would like some of our engineers be involved in the production process. They would inspect the MTCF production process to ensure quality. Naturally if you have important trade secrets, they need not have access to those - our intent is merely to establish our product meets criteria for structural integrity, electronics quality and safety.

We are thankful for your quick reaction. We are pleased that you are willing to place such a large order and we will therefor agree on the 10% discount.
Our department has informed me that we are capable of supplying the 1500 in 15 
. We will supply them in batches of 100 or 200. We can start in 37 and should finish in 51.
When it comes to the payment we are fine with 450 in each of these 15 or your faction could transfer 450 for every 100 that we transfer in the in question.
We will allow for your engineers to take part in the inspections and quality control of the that are custom made for Bisidn.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask them.

Excellent to hear we have an agreement! A steady supply of 100 MTCF per turn for the next 15 turns is most reasonable. We shall pay 450 each turn as you ship the MTCF.
If your people would be willing to draw up the paperwork necessary, I shall have my government sign at once so we can start shipments immediately.
Shall we make a collective press statement about this? I am sure the news will be positively received.

Due to the fact that we have to free up a trade fleet to ship the we have to delay the first 100 . We could start with 200 in 38 and follow with 100 for 13 or we could delay the whole project for one and finish in 52.
When we have finished the deal and signed the papers we can make the press release.
