We, the crystalkin, are interested in the incorporation of our
zones. If three interested parties can be found, we propose a payment of 4000 , 1500

We are willing to expand the production of our own coorporation, to supplement our future needs in Information. We are open to multiple variaties of options, though we have a maximum of 3 zones avialable for coorporation at the moment.
Depending on your exact wishes we would need to make arrangement for any additional needed zones and in order to limit tradecapacity needs, we would prefer an exchange of zonerights.

This is indeed a very unfortunate misunderstanding. Even more so because the sheer amount of extra investments required makes a trade of specialized not an option for us. We would therefore like to negotiate an alternative way to acquire the rights to incorporate our zones for the production of KnowDisc.
To the Lady de Montrève we would like to point out that, since ours is the fourth-corporation. You should already have the flexibility to incorporate your 3 zones with your corporation and our 2 zone-rights without needing to make extra trades or deals to get actual useful out of it.

NPC's do not trade zone rights. They only trade goods. (We had this discussion before when the Sundarian Federation negotiated with Niom)
In this case you will have to trade specialized information with Niom using trade fleets or the holonet.
In your case a combination of trade fleets and a holonet route should be affordable. Note that you can of course trade zone rights with other players.))

We would like to offer some information that might ease the investments necessary to trade large volumes of specialized. As it is now, the Veolian Commonwealth maintains a modest holonet backbone over 
10 -6, 11 -6, 12 -7. The latter two sectors might be of interest to the Intergalactic Exploration of Xi and other parties, as they connect to the Sundarian backbone. We welcome the suggestion, by our Veolian friends, for the possibility to set up a holonet backbone to help manage the infrastructural needs in order to trade the specialized , which might prove rather pricey for the Corporation for Intergalactic Exploration of Xi given the larger trade distance required.
As said by Senator Nekhet Aeka the Sundarian Federation has several holonet stations, placed along the Bozzy Spine ranging from 13 -6 until 15 -5. If the required infrastructure already exists holonet trade may indeed be an interesting alternative. Could you draw up a combined quotation for the following services:
The duration of this project is not a major issue. Earlier completion is still better, but we have ability to temporarily get the to Niom without solely depending on the holonet.
Note that at this point we are only exploring options. If Niom does not want to accept a holonet trade, or this turns out to have costs similar to trade using trade fleets, we will keep exploring alternatives until something suitable is found. Do not yet change your construction strategies to fit this deal.

After conferring with our Veolian friends we have come to the following quotation as requested:
Concerning the delivery of Holonet Relays:
1a. 100 for 500 and
1b. The optional acquisition of Holonet Repeater Technology for 500
Concerning the costs of transportation of goods along the Veolian - Sundarian Backbone:
2. The price of shipment of goods over the Holonet backbone is valuated at 0.05 per unit / /
The aforementioned prices are valid for a contracted of term of 50 assuming transportation of an intended final amount of at least 500 goods / / , with the option to prolong or discontinue the agreement at the 45th of the agreement. Giving each party a 5 grace period. The entire agreement will be discontinued if any party indicates its desire to discontinue the deal.
With the start and completion-time of the this project largely depended on our ability to produce sufficient in a timely fashion, our first estimates are that construction can start around 65 and will be completed roughly 10 later. This means it also serves to prove our point, as it is still horrendously expensive. For now we will postpone a definite decision until a later time. To give interested parties some more time to propose alternative solutions. Even if no better options arise we would like a clear statement from Niom that they are willing to trade specialized for this period of at least 50 before committing to such a large extra investment.
We are also interested in a way to make use of our specialized production in the time period where we have finished our own corporation, but still require to upgrade our other zones to complete the set of 3 different specialized required to make any practical use of it. Alternatively we could offer to supply you with Holonet Relays directly, at the regular reduced rate of 450 per 100 , common for large volume orders. Our estimates place the required ammount of Holonet Relays in the order of 1500 , or 6750 , with an estimated delivery time of at least 15 , when our full capacity is available.
As for your request to find a use for the produced guides specialized information, we believe the an amount of guides would increase our information production, and in the spirit of cooperation, we would be willing to accept such a temporary arrangement.

We prefer a deal in perpetuity. We find a 15 turn delay preferable as this will give us at least some time to negotiate alternatives before having to retort to more drastic contingencies.
We expect we can start delivery of 440 guides) next, scaling up to the full 880 guides in 62. If you find this agreeable. We propose that this deal can be ended in 110, provided an announcement is made at least 15 in advance. But we hope this deal proves fruitful enough to warrant its perpetuate duration.
We plan to have the specialized delivered by holonet. But the required infrastructure is not in place yet. We will upgrade our own holonet receiver to cope with the combined load of outgoing and incoming specialized if you are willing to arrange the in-sector transport of guides to your system. Until this is ready 
transport is the only real option. We are sorry to say that at this point we can't give an ETA for these upgrades.

The republic of Niom has communicated that they are willing to help in reducing the transport costs of specialized. This means that your offer to this end has become redundant. We hope this does not greatly inconvenience you. Since our previous communications had a really definite tone, we are willing to recompense any costs made toward this project since then.
Instead we would like to buy 700, without associated technologies. We are still looking at whether of not to acquire temporary transportation for our guides, but we no longer foresee any need to transport more than the 185 your capacities already can handle.
On the matter of SimTech zones: We plan to finish the first 2 after the definite exchange of zone rights. The next will be done around 63~67 depending on when shipment of will start.

Should you come to the conclusion that our withdrawal makes your negotiations with Niom impossible, we would offer the hospitality of our Embassy to both yourself and the honored Senator of Niom, to conduct a new round of open negotiations to which we will also invite a representative of the Veolian Commonwealth.

For all the indignation he claimed, nothing of the sorts was detectable in his voice, which was the same slow monotonous droning on that the senator used to deliver all speeches. Either the senator was not quite as offended as his text made it out to be or he simply never changed his tone of voice under any circumstance. Quite possibly both.
