The Veolian Commonwealth is interested in the proposed exchange, and we would like to suggest an even more ambitious refocus of our industrial capacities. Our analysis has pointed out that the Praetorian Empire is currently handling it's own production of (:organics)

Unfortunately, our immediate goals require us to acquire the total 1000 (:healthcare)
