We hope to be starting the research in a couple of weeks when we have some partners (between 85 and 90).
Our wish is to use the technology subsidy since this technology can improve the trade capability of all Union members.

Dear representatives,

We currently have 7 factions that are willing to contribute in this research project. Since the costs can be shared between multiple factions, we would like to begin the research as soon as possible.
The Praetorian Empire is willing to loan the Teprogrenaian Consensus the tax to contribute with us before 91. We will loan them the tax which can be repaid after 91 without interest.

We would like to start in 85. We will start with a payment of 114 for each faction in 85 - 88.
Finally in 89 the last part has to be paid which will be 3 times 116 and 4 times 115 .
With these payments each faction is allowed to claim 17 subsidy each of these turns.

Our proposal is that The Praetorian Empire, Sundarian Federation and Unified Republic of Darya pay the 116 in the last . This is based on highest taxable income.

If your faction is not capable of affording this amount in 85 please let us know so we can change the planning.
