Proposal: Fix the arbirtrary 'upgrade' rule in Natural Life

Currently, the wiki on Natural Life states that:
The use of "upgraded" here is intended as "get the Improved Production zone upgrade". These sentences were written long before we switched to the generic zone upgrades model, and as such, they should not be misunderstood to mean 'any upgrade'.
I want to update that part of the wiki (and possibly several other parts that go on about 'upgraded zones' as if there is only a single upgrade), to reflect the current situation.
On the wiki we wrote:...planets with natural life may construct new zones and upgrade them for half the regular price.
When building a new system, a planet with Natural Life during system building gets any zones located on that planet upgraded for free.
