[Bug] Tax tool is case sensitive

The tax tool is case sensitive with the product and raw material names. The wiki is not. This is annoying.

After some investigation, I conclude that this issue affects all tools that use the wiki data fetching library.

I will have to think on this for a while. In the meantime I advice everyone to use the default capitalization (i.e. Exotic Matter Devices, Consumer Goods: capitalize every word). Apologies for the inconvenience.

Because of this fault I got the last two turns more tax. (He did not send 100 Construction Materials to the Union)

This bug is really easy to miss... I checked it out.

It seems this error provided you with 25 (:tax) / (:turn) extra. I think it is best if you add a line with -50 (:tax) to your turn report called error correction (in the format of a subsidy request)

Can you please edit your turn report as soon as possible. (Check your current tax as well since I believe you missed something else as well)

Myeah, this is indeed an annoying bug. Unfortunately, it is an annoying one to fix.
