Hey admin,
Could you look into a (temporary) hostname for the fwurg server, and maybe a shift to a more common port? It's getting annoying to talk to people that show interest in the game, and not being able to give them a simple internet address. (I had this at least three times already -- though I'm not sure who would've actually joined the game)
By the way, there is also a FWURG on http://83.163.184.178/ which has no relation to this FWURG! I'm afraid this does confuse the issue, especially for people that are less tech savvy.

Till the server has its own domain name everybody can use this link to the website that is human readable
chrizzoo.com/fwurg/
chrizzoo.com/fwurg/

I looked into the matter and I will arrange a move of the 'other' site later this week. After that, I'll see what I can do with my provider for the regular FWURG link.

The server now also runs on http://83.163.184.178/
I also registered for a local hostname with my provider, but the record is not yet updated, so once it is, I'll post the link here.

Im still haveing some troubles locally. Let me know if anyone else has problems or differences in response time between the two addresses.
It appears as if the router does not like both the :81 and the regular address linking to the same location. I'll have to look into that further.

It appears to be the same here I can not connect on the normal address (http://83.163.184.178/).
I think we can just wait until the record is updated, and stop supporting the :81 address? (Although everyone should know how to get to the new server of course..)

The url is up and running: http://fwurg.xs4all.nl -> only it currently only works on port 81 (http://fwurg.xs4all.nl:81).
I'm not sure if we can just close the old link so easily, though that would be the eventual goal. I'd feel more comfortable if I could get both working for a while before shutting off the old one, but it might be necessary regardless. Let me see if I can find a better solution. If not, that's how it'll have to be.
