I have fixed some minor bugs:

• The _forum links on the wiki no longer link to http://fwurg.xs4all.nl/phpbb, they now link to the correct http://www.fwurg.net
• The _imagelink type now correctly displays the title of a page without an image
• Wikipages that had duplicate navigation boxes now display each navigation box only once
