Why is there a distinct Corporation Model when the corporations are already detailed in Faction Model #Corporations?
By the way, every Corporation instance links to the correct model already through the 'D' link in the bottom right of the data block...
I applaud the initiative, but I implore people to search before you create.

The Data Models list did not contain a reference to corporations. It appears faction is the only data object with subclasses so I did not realise this was an option. To prevent this problem in the future, I have mentioned the subclasses of faction explicitly in the data models list.
Good idea.
They were wonky to start with anyway -- we might even want to switch to giving them separate pages with reference to the 'base class'.
