I just noticed but apperantly i'm missing a moon in my system.

and the tax tool then killed more than 150 my moon is still there.
http://www.fwurg.net/dokuwiki/ic:bia is also not in my system index any more.

Is this because of the crash?

Yes this happens due to a crash, thanks for mentioning, apparently I missed a moon as well. My moon Garyxo_lun was missing... I forgot about having that moon and it was not indexed... :(

On a more serious note, I have no clue why this would be caused by a crash...

I have no clue either, but I have a gut feeling that the two things are not pure coincidence.
