Hyperspace nodes in the Tax tool

Looking at the current values in taxtool for my system, I have to reach the conclusion that eventhough the rules are adjusted for the increased cost of a 
from 1 
and 1 
to 4 and 4 , the taxtool is not.
Given the fact that I do not like to cheat, I'd like to request an update of the tool so that it uses the correct values when producing hyperspace nodes.
