The server time is wrong -- It appears to be at GMT +3 (or in that general vicinity).
This is neither the correct time for my locale (Europe/Amsterdam is GMT +2 with DST, +1 without DST), nor the actual GMT time.
This is seriously annoying with regard to deadlines, we now need to keep into account the extreme discrepancy of server time versus real time.

The problem has been fixed: The forum does not apply DST automatically. You have to change the DST setting yourself in the User Control Panel, Board Preferences.
