I have corrected a bug with the footnotes on the wiki.

The issue was with the text/background color: the text color was very close to the background color of the footnote popup (dark grey on darker grey). I have corrected this by darkening the background color, and setting the text to the default text color.

(I've also added a very small amount of border-radius to the popups, just to take the sharpness away.)
