We need a link to http://fwurg.xs4all.nl/dokuwiki/start?do=media somewhere.

I can't seem to hack this into the wiki template's action dropdown, so I'll keep this in mind for the new layout I'm working on.

I have added a link in the Tools menu for this. It made sense.
