I believe the population data blocks some planets have is a little bugged. When I click on the name of the race, it links to the same planet, and not to the race.

For example: when I click on Teprogrenus_Danar, in the title of the population data block of Dhiahamara, it links back to Dhiahamara, and not to Teprogrenus_Danar.

That's not a bug. The name in the header is the name you give to the population segment.

You just named them the same as the race, but that's up to you: have a look at Mirda population segments.

Al-right, but then it is a little unclear that it automatically links to the same page.

Maybe it is possible to adjust the template in such a way the name of the data block links to the race, no matter the name?

It is not very important to change as I doubt it will be used often.
