The wiki RSS feed (http://83.163.184.178:81/dokuwiki/feed.php) is broken due to empty lines before the requisite <?xml ?> declaration.

Maybe some included (library) PHP files contain line endings after they are closed with '?>'?

Helpful note: It is not required to close a PHP file with '?>'. If you do not close them, you are sure no new-lines are appended by accident.
