Chancellor IP: When?

With the Turn 140 elections completed (and a freshly written story page), I have the following questions:

1) When do the previous chancellor and ministers get (:ip)? And where should this be noted?

2) When do the candidates get their vote-based (:ip)?

I propose the following answers:
1) At the start of the next electoral period. In the vote of the next period?

2) At the start of the electoral period.

I think we might be better off if we created explicit 'Electoral Period 121-140' story pages? These can also be used to created nice 'Related' story overviews for time periods and such... Having a distinct Electoral Period story page would also allow us to list the ministers for that period, and law changes during that period, etc.

I think it would be nice to create an electoral story page. It might be some work to do so, but at the other hand, it creates a nice overview of what actually happened. It is good for future reference. Once this story page is approved, the cabinet can claim their rewards.

For the voters I don't know yet. I think it should be a short story page of the vote.

We already create vote pages, so the (:ip) reward could go there?

I support the proposal.

Ok, we'll be going with the Electoral Period stories then.

I have created Electoral Period 121-140, and will create the new electoral period tomorrow.

I would like to ask someone else to create the past pages based on my template, and to add them to the 'Related' of their votes.

I've added the (:ip), and updated the ministries, account names and electoral period pages.

I found a single inconsistency with the current (:ip): Completing a period as chancellor nets you 10 (:ip), and completing a period as minister nets you 5 (:ip). I assumed that the 'being Minister of Finance' part was already in the 10 (:ip) for chancellor... Was this assumption correct?

And... The map and the Union Member statusses have also been updated.

(The map still needs to be updated for the Free Confederacy, but methinks that Mercury is forgetting that they are supposed to update their colours and logo as per the ratified treaty...)
