"Dear Senators,

As you might be aware the Mandalorian conflict has escalated to multiple sectors in Union territory. My fleet joined by four other Union Defence Fleets is currently fighting in 7 -5 against seven Mandalorian fleets. Our fleets require assistance.

Furthermore two powerful Mandalorian fleets entered the sector of the ACA and two other fleets entered the sector of the Hiocan Society.

In the current situation we are outnumbered in these three sectors. We will have to reinforce these sectors to respond with a force that is at least equal in strength.

UDF RIPI 3 will return to 7 -4 to defend the ACA homeworld.
UDF RIPI 1 will return to 7 -6 to defend the Hiocan homeworld.

The Edge of Darkness and Beyond the Horizon will have to retreat to 8 -5 and 8 -7 to provide scanning from behind the combat zones.

I ask the KK-F1 and KM-F1 to move into 7 -5 to engage the two weaker Mandalorian Fleets. They will be joined by the Union Defence Fleets to destroy the weaker fleets first.

I advice the Unified Republic of Darya to move their military fleet to 7 -4 if they are ready and willing to help defend the ACA.

I advice the Bisidn Republic to dispatch their military fleet to 7 -6 to defend the Hiocan Society.

With this strategy we should be able to gain the upperhand in 7 -4, 7 -5 and 7 -6.

The fleets of the Kingdoms of Komès and Meritonia will move as proposed by the Admiralty and assist in the defence of the Union and sector 7, -5.

We will follow the proposed strategy and withdraw our fleets to safer positions behind the front line. We would also apply for funding from the Warfund, which would surmise to an amount of 30 / , to maintain the active array's of our two fleets.

Our fleets will maintain active surveillance and keep you all informed of the developments, as we hope to see some involvement from the Echani as well."
