[ Senate ] Wrarrbo, Liberal Assencia and Scir secede from the Union

"Senators of the Union,
I stand before you today with the Senators of Liberal Assencia and Scir, for the purpose of announcing to the Senate that Liberal Assencia, Wrarrbo and Scir have declared their separation from the Union. Given those conditions, of course, my functions here are terminated. It seems proper to me, however, that I should appear in the Senate to announce this fact to my former colleagues, and I will say but very little more, nor shall I engage in a debate on the subject.
It is known to senators who have served with me here that I have - on behalf of my government - for many years advocated against widespread government involvement, against raising taxes and against committees. I scarcely need to explain to you why the current trends leave us ample justification for this separation.
While our visions of government are different, there may still be opportunities for cooperation in the future. Our separation shall not merely be a reversion to the old situation of individual states, but shall be a new dawn as a Free Confederacy and the Free Confederacy hopes to open trade with the Union, once the war with the Mandalorians has come to its conclusion.
Until this time, we wish the Union the best. Our separation shall enter into force at the end of this turn, and the Chancellor shall receive an official writ of our separation later today.
Thank you."

Three hours later...
Ardios Eldrilith shared the Terms of the Separation with the senate.
"After analyzing the terms of Separation proposed by Liberal Assencia, The Kingdom of Scir and the Free Peoples of Wrarrbo we have come to the following conclusions.
The Union contests your claim on Sector 13 -1 and Sector 13 -2. We contest the ownership of the bozzy spine in Sector 13 -2 due to the fact that the Silver Forests of Remunzia is a member of the Union. We do want a peaceful transition as well. This is why we want to negotiate a solution for these sectors.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will deal with the negotiations representing the Union. In the mean time until an agreement between the Union and the three states has been reached we propose to allow all traffic from both the Union and the three states through these two contested sectors and the Union will pay half the upkeep for the Bozzy Spine in sector 13 -2. "

"Our governments have agreed to accept the existence of a dispute concerning these sectors and to support the split in cost while it is resolved. In the meanwhile, we will collectively take control of the other sectors and continue with the separation as specified."
