All bids must be within competitive price ranges. Further constraints are: the acquired holonet relays should be delivered through fleets capable of delivering on any sector of the Bozzy Spine within Union territory. All holonet relays should be delivered before 180.

The Union prefers, in no particular order, cooperative bids, bids with high rates of delivery, and less expensive bids.

This public tender will remain open until 2014-08-30."
