With the enhancements to the bozzy spine smoothly coming along as planned, we must decide how to spend the the Union saves through this project. As promised during my candidacy speech, I hereby open the vote to lower Tax Bracket 1 back to it's original 10%.

The options are:"

• Yes to vote in favour of lowering tax bracket 1 to its original level
• No to vote in favour of not using the freed up taxes to lower tax bracket 1 back to 10%

Of the 17 worlds that have a vote, 6 expressed their opinion. The majority needed to pass an option is 3. Of the 6 votes, 5 were in favour of lowering tax bracket 1, and the 6th vote is an abstention.

As 3 votes are needed for an absolute majority, we will lower tax bracket 1 back to 10% after the Bozzy Spine enhancement completes."

With the current progression, the Bozzy Spine Enhancment is predicted to be completed in 183, so the change of law will enter into effect in 184. Unless, of course, external factors slow down the progress of the enhancement project."
