I would like to bring the nearing closing date of the registrations for the 1st Hiocan Intergalactic Science Conference to your attention. This conference, gratuitously hosted by the Hiocan Society, is opening its doors for all Union scientists. The conference will be about the natural sciences; astronomy, biology, chemistry, physics, material science and earth sciences.

I have been informed that, amongst the Hiocan academics, it is the highlight in academic life and giving a presentation is considered a impactful publication. I ask you all to consider sending a delegation of scientists, so they can exchange ideas and inspiration for future collaborative projects.

Already, the event promises to be fruitful, with confirmations by the following factions:

• The Stellarian Triad Federation is sending 500 of its leading scientists,
• as are the Miomanian Colonists with a delegation of 500,
• the Socialist Republic of Niom with 183,
• the Teprogrenaian Consensus joins with 2879 of their scientists,
• and the Veolian Commonwealth sends a delegation of 3000.

If you wish to send a delegation, please do not hesitate to announce so immediately, so the Hiocan Society can arrange for the necessary accomodations.

Thank you for promoting our 1st Hiocan Intergalactic Science Conference. I can confirm all that she states is true. The Hiocan Society values collaboration and had therefore contacted all your embassies. The Stellarian Triad Federation, the Miomanian Colonists, the Socialist Republic of Niom, the Teprogrenaian Consensus and the Veolian Commonwealth have answered this call and send a delegation. We would be honored to welcome some of your scientist. We are now a humble minor world but soon hope to be able to compete on intergalactic scale.”

Senator Harek takes a good look around to see the reaction of others. He had not self made a senate announcement as this would be their first great conference and did not want to attract a too big a crowd and also not bother the other senators with it until next year when this conference has been proven to be a success as to create a really big science conference. But the chancellor seems to thinks that this conference already should be a big hit conference and improve collaboration now by advertising their conference. Doing things steadily might be hard now and he is now forced to go allow.
