[ Sector 7 -3 ] 20.000 lightyears out in space
Ariana deactivated her lightsabers and broadcasted to the soldiers around her with her communication device. "Hold your fire, recover your wounded."
After a moment to react she quickly moved towards the soldiers that were shot to check on their wounds. Depending on the reaction of the soldiers Ariana would check for survivors that still could be saved. Unless they reacted aggressively, Ariana would help bringing them to the ship.
Ariana communicated telepathically to Shebi Ajava: "We should probably get of the creature before the elders arrive."

Ariana found only one wounded soldier that was still alive, the others either died from their wounds or from a rupture in their suits.
Once they where all back on board, the captain was waiting for them. Ajava was led to the meeting room, while Ariana went to the sickbay to treat the wounded. The Science team was guided to the observation deck.
A few guards went with each group. For Ariana they waited inside sickbay, the guards the accompanied Ajava and the captain waited just outside the door.
Once in the meeting room the captain sat down.
"I think we need to discuss the details of this agreement. At the very least I need to know what I'm getting my crew into."

Back aboard, Ajava took of her helmet inside the air-lock. As she stepped into the ship, she spotted the guards waiting for them. As they tried to separate the group, she intervened before they could be split up. She stepped between the scientists and the guards and looked at the captain while her hand hovered over the lightsaber on her belt.
"I'm sorry captain, but I'm not going to allow you to split us up and put us into yet another hostage situation", she looked over the guards.
"I'm willing to go with you alone to negotiate, but Ariana stays with the scientists at all times. I propose you let them go to the sickbay to tend to your wounded, but you won't post any guards inside the sickbay. Once I hear from Ariana that they are safely in the sickbay, and that no guards are there to threathen their lives, I'll come with you."
((OOC: You fast-forwarded a bit far for my tastes especially since the situation is very volatile, so I'm interrupting before we are split up.))

Ariana went with the scientists and the wounded soldier into the sickbay. She waited for the guards to leave them alone in the sickbay.
After the guards left and waited outside she treated the wounds of the wounded soldier and would start operating on him when necessary.
Ariana would communicate to Shebi Ajava: "We are treating the wounds of the wounded soldier now."

Some of the guards looked a bit on edge, probably not comfortable with one of their own being alone under the care of someone who had killed at least one of their crew mates only moments before. The looked at the captain, who remained calm.
"Very well, escort them to sickbay and wait outside." The captain looked at Ariana. "Then make sure no one goes in or out unless I tell you otherwise."
Three guards nodded and escorted Ariana and the scientists to sickbay.
Two guards followed Ajava and the captain to the meeting room and waited outside. The captain sat down on one side of the table in the middle of the room and gestured Ajava to take a seat on the opposite side.
"Well then let's discuss this deal. What is it exactly you are offering?"

As she entered the room, Ajava quickly looked the room over, to check for weapons, camera's, communications devices and other entrances. She also made a quick mental tally of the number of crew aboard the vessel, which she inspected at the start of the mission.
Instead of sitting down, she casually leaned against the table near the captain. "Why don't we start over?"
She smiled at the captain friendly, as if meeting him for the first time, and extended her hand to shake his.
"Hello, I am princess Shebi Ajava, who are you?"

Ariana was able to stabilize the soldier. The Lady-Priestess was a bit of a different problem, she had been supported by doctor Hasley when they where moved to the sickbay, but her cybernetic leg had severe damage directly to her knee joint. It seemed the blaster bolt had melted several metal parts, including parts that functioned as bones, together.
Meanwhile in the meeting room, the captain was not showing the same courtesy Ajava was.
"Captain Ferdinant Miller." Was all he said. He didn't shake Ajava's hand.

"Let me be perfectly clear about what I am offering.
You will allow the scientists to do their work. Then, you will bring us and the scientists back to the station where you picked us up. During the research or the trip you will not try to harm or imprison either the scientists, priestess or us. I will hold you personally responsible for any threats or harm to the scientists.
In return I will forget you tried to kill us. You and your crew will not be prosecuted. I do not understand why you thought that attacking two Jedi would work out in your favour... But I admire the courage you have shown in doing so. Because of this, I will review the profiles of you and your crew and recommend you to a more permanent employer who is willing to overlook the past to recruit a courageous crew and captain."
"What do you say?"
While the captain thought the offer over, Ajava quickly contacted Ariana. "Padawan, be prepared for the possibility of sudden hostilities. Lock the room if possible.", the telepathic contact took only a moment, and wasn't really noticable other than a moment of silence and staring by Ajava.

Ariana walked towards the door and hacked into the opening mechanism to lock everybody else out for now.
After locking the door she tries to look at the mechanical leg of the Priestess. Ariana did not know yet that her leg was almost completely cybernetics. She tried to fix it or at least make it a bit more comfortable and usable for now.

As Ariana started to tamper with the door a weak voice called out to her.
"Please, don't." It was the soldier she had treated. He looked extremely weak but his eyes where bright and determined as they stared into Ariana's. "They'll know... Assume hostile... respond aggressively." It seemed the soldier was in pain, but he endured it. "Please."
While there was no way he could stop her, Ariana would need to decide if she would still lock the door or not.
Either way the Lady-Priestess' leg would be difficult, if not impossible, to fix. The knee joint had completely melted into a single piece, but with some clever thinking and a bit of brute force Ariana was able to get it into a straight position so she could at least stand on it.
Meanwhile in the meeting room the captain considered Ajava's offer.
"And who would this employer be? More importantly what would happen if I refuse?" He finally asked after a long silence.

In the meeting room the captain weighed his options.
After a few moments he finally said: "So, it's do as you say or die is it? And here I was thinking jedi where all about peace and justice."
He looked Ajava in the eyes.
"All right, but I want your word my crew will not be harmed."

"Heh.", Ajava shrugged, "I think me and you passed the peace point a long time ago, when you attacked us like common pirates."
Ajava didn't flinch, and looked straight back while extending her hand to shake on it.
"You have my word. Unless provoked, I will not harm your crew."
Still shaking his hand she suddenly drew her lightsaber. In a single fluid motion, she ignited the red blade of the dagger and put it to the captain's throat. Not far enough to decapitate him, but close enough for him to feel the heat. Her face took on a distinctly menacing visage, and her eyes started to glow deep red.
Looking directly into the captains eyes, she softly spoke: "And for the record, I don't know where or what 'hell' is. But another threat like that and your crew will still be unharmed, they'll just have to find a new captain."
She deactivated her lightsaber and let the captain go. "Now that we have an agreement, have your people stand down. Order them to bring all weapons back to the armoury, and have the wounded report to the infirmary. I will have padawan Ariana inspect their wounds and treat those that can be saved."
She herself grabbed her communicator, and opened a channel to Ariana Padawan Ariana, the captain and I have reached an agreement. Please open up the infirmary to treat all wounded after the captain has made his announcement.

The captain flinched for only a moment, any normal person would probably have missed it. But Ajava wasn't a normal person she was a jedi.
"No part of our deal says I have to like it or you. It's not like I insulted your mother or something." The captain told Ajava. Then he reached for an earpiece.
"All hands, this is the captain. Stand down and bring your weapons to the storage locker. Stop all hostilities to our guests. Miller out."
"Happy now?" he asked Ajava.
In the sickbay the soldier had already slipped into unconsciousness. Then the jedi got another message from Violet.
"Elders are here. Birth will be soon." She sounded very excited.
"Captain! Multiple hyperspace exit points detected!"
A female voice sounded through the comm system. The captain looked at Ajava.
"Expecting company?"

The captain ordered the ship to stay clear, as expected it where more of the creatures only these where several times larger than the one the jedi had communicated with.
The crew still acted a bit suspicious of the jedi, but otherwise where on their best behaviour.
There wasn't much equipment that needed to be set up as most of it had already been set up during the trip from sector 7 -4. The scientists quickly got to work, the Lady-Priestess worked with them despite being somewhat limited in her movement by her leg. Gathering sensor data, compiling it, theorizing on the go it was like watching a well oiled machine.
It seemed this wasn't the only place the creatures where present inside the nebula. They seemed to be forming an enormous circle with a diameter of nearly 240 Astronomic Units, which was large enough to enclose a star system's heliosheath. The creatures where all creating colourful flashes of light and it turned out that there where radio waves embedded into these flashes.
By pure coincidence, when one of the male scientists accidentally pushed a wrong button, it was discover that if the radio receiver was linked directly to an audio device it sounded like the calls of whales.
After two days the reason why the creatures where holding this pattern was still unclear. Much to the frustration of the scientists. They became a bit more slacking probably getting a bit bored. Lady-Priestess Ashikata was even staring out the window at the nebula and the circle.
Then suddenly her eyes grew big, she dropped to her knees bowing down. Her forehead nearly touching the floor as she started to rapidly mutter something. The jedi couldn't make out what she was saying, but it hardly sounded like basic galactic. Even the scientists seemed to have been caught off guard by her. When two of the scientists looked out the window to look for an explanation for the Lady-Priestess' behaviour their jaws dropped open. Ariana and Ajava received a message from Violet. "Birth is starting."
Following their looks it quickly became clear what was going on. Within the circle the creatures made was a spinning disc of gas, the centre of the disc matched the centre of the circle exactly. Then something happened. Ariana and Ajava felt a massive wave of Force energy wash over them, more powerful then anything they had ever felt before. At the same time the centre of the disc light up.

((OOC: Please ignore the bbc HD sign at the top left of the image.))
A few moments later the ship started shacking violently. It stopped about a minute later. While what they have seen was several hours old it didn't take away the fact they where now looking at a nearly empty region of space with a single ball of light at it's centre where a few minutes ago there was non.

Two days of waiting and watching later, Ajava heard that there was some commotion. As she was walking to the observation deck, she suddenly heard Violet's message. Assuming that Violet was talking about normal birth, Ajava did not feel the need to make haste.
As she was ascending the stairs to the observation deck proper she felt a massive wave of force energy, multiple times stronger than what she felt during her knight's trail. Oblivious to what was actually happening, she stopped walking and let the force wave wash over her, enjoying the temporary feeling of power.
After the feeling ebbed away, she finally continued to the observation deck. Arriving there, she was surprised by the priestess' position -- effectively missing the fact that the situation in space drastically changed. She asks a simple question:
"What just happened?"
