The Jedi Council would like to assign a Jedi to join the committee for investigation into Daryan involvement in the Novelia System. This Jedi requires knowledge about politics and military efforts. He or she will be asked to go to the Novelia system and investigate the situation on the ground. This will consist of things like visiting the fleet zone and local government to see what there involvement was in the matter. Furthermore we would like him or her to visit the former leaders of the STF to see how they have been treated.

((OOC: I will not be running this event as a storyline - a Jedi who applies needs to do this investigation on their own initiative with Dragonmaster352 and the other committee members. However, I am willing to grant a small XP reward to the Jedi upon completing the mission and associated paperwork.))

Shebi Ajava attended the Jedi council about her interest in joining the committee.

"If I'm not mistaken, the Astrians use very often comm links for communications. I think that some of them can't even talk. I'm interested in this mission."

((OOC: There are two jedi who have applied now. I don't mind this, the more the merrier as they say. I think two is enough though, I would also like to hear Mercury's thoughts on this.

Once I hear from him I will PM all involved parties on when and how. That being said I would also like to know whether this falls under Jedi, Union Politics or General roleplay, because I'm not sure.))

After the council was done debating which of the applicants to send to the committee, Shebi Ajava and Fecta Trigiel where summoned before Master Leithor.

"After a long discussion the council has decided. Padawan Trigiel you will be assigned to the committee."

Master Leithor paused a moment.

"It is the council's belief that the Astrians will be more open to a fellow cyborg and that this will help during the investigation.

That is all"

With that he went back to work. If any of the two jedi had questions they would have to ask them now.
