At this time, Shebi Ajava has made some choices, but she's mostly been a good little girl not doing anything overtly bad. By Sith standards, she's an amateur who hasn't actually tapped into her dark emotions yet. Thus, Ajava would not be detected merely by the fact she carries a sith holocron. However, should she continue on her path of darkness, eventually Jedi will start picking up on her darkness. For the moment, she's safe, but she cannot hide forever if she continues on her evil path.
