[Fecta Trigiel]

"Thanks master" Trigiel said while making a bow before turning to Jaicen again.

"Yes, these are the most important locations. The lightsaber training facilities are important but I believe we don't have the time today for a match anymore.

Let us show you where the lightsaber training facilities are and then walk back to Master Qun Treen." Trigiel proposed.

[Jaicen Hedoss]

"Agreed, let's go there, so I at least know where it is."

[Salia]

"Yay, guango's!" Salia cheered happily, nodding that she wouldn't get any on the ceiling while immediately beginning to stuff one into her mouth as she offered one to Jaicen and Trigiel as well "Mwi mwon't mwave one fwor TW-100, but mwost mwoids mon't eat gwmango's amyway" she explained. The guango's were round pieces of fruit, resembling peaches.

"Mwis" she swallowed "crystal is somewhat bigger than the others though, so I don't think it is really the right size for a lightsaber unless you were a really big jedi, but if you were I think I would have noticed by now. I don't have my own lightsaber yet, because those things are really dangerous and you could cut off your hands and feet and lekku if you aren't careful, though I think I am totally ready for that, because everyone knows I am a really responsible person" Salia explained, as if that was an obvious fact that everyone was probably already aware of "All the Jedi Masters always say I am responsible for all sorts of stuff, even some things I didn't even mean to be responsible for, so really I should be ready for a real lightsaber by now."

[Jaicen Hedoss]

"Salia, I did not get my lightsaber when I was at least a few years older than you, so although you might think you are responsible, you still have a lot to learn until you are ready to wield one. But thanks for the Guano's" As Jaicen takes the fruit from salia and takes a bite from it." They are very nice! Takes sweet and stuff."

[Salia]

"Whaaat!? I am like totally responsible for everything all the time, and I already know lots of things, though I suppose I don't know everything but really who can know everything, you'd have to have like a really big head, so maybe there is a Cereans who know everything, but even the Jedi Masters say they don't know everything, though you have to keep asking them "why?" for a long time until they will admit it sometimes, but they can't even always tell properly what they learned after a mission until they think about it for a long time, so really not knowing everything shouldn't be a reason for me not to have a lightsaber and you don't even know that you shouldn't eat Guano even though you have a lightsaber so really still having to learn things isn't really a fair qualification but even if it was, I don't think you are entirely neutral in the whole who should have a lightsaber department anyway, and I'm totally old and responsible enough to have one, even if nobody else thinks so, so PRFFFFT" Salia stuck out her tongue to Jaicen, apparently not liking to be told she wasn't mature and responsible enough for a lightsaber yet.

"But yeah, guango's are nice and juicy." she offered as a peace branch as she moved her foot to wipe some of the leaked juices around as if that in any way helped make things cleaner.

[Fecta Trigiel]

Trigiel accepted the fruit from Salia, even though Trigiel had no way to currently eat it. He guides the trio to the training ground so Jaicen could train there at a later moment.

"I am sure you get a lightsaber when the Masters believe you to be ready for one Salia." Trigiel said.

After Trigiels answer, Jaicen walks with Trigiel and Salia towards the training grounds. He looks a bit anxious and nervous, because, unknown to the others, it was here a few years ago where he was critically injured.

((OOC: This introductory mission has been running for 7 months already. I'd rather do a short combat introduction separately -- though much can already be gleaned from earlier combats in the Jedi forums.))

The trio quickly made their way to the lightsaber training grounds. At this moment, nobody was there, so they can look around freely.

There are actually several training grounds, with some being little more than a large hangar that can be filled with many different things. The most central of these areas is the area where the lightsaber championships were held. The statues were cleared out right now, but there were still several circular platforms to make the arena a little more interesting than simply being a sand bowl.

Without anyone in it, the arena exuded a strange calm.

After a moment of silence, Salia had finished her Guango.

[Salia]

With a big gulp, Salia worked down the last of her guango, wiping her the sticky juices from her hands and face on a banner by the entrance as if it were a giant napkin.

"I'm not seeing any crystals here..." Salia scanned around for about half a second before coming to the conclusion.

After Jaicen had looked around shortly he responded to Salia: "Allright then, let's go to the master to hand in our crystals and to get your hoverball, Salia"

"I agree, let's go to Master Qun Treen."

And Trigiel guided Jaicen back to the master

[Jedi Master Qun Treen]

The trio finds master Qun Treen quietly speaking with master Shebi Ajava in one of the hallways of the temple.

The two masters are in a discussion, and as the three walk toward the masters they catch the last few sentences of the discussion, starting with a statement by master Shebi:

"I have located the escaped sith apprentice Tera Inogo. But I doubt whether incarceration is the correct path."

"I concur. If the escaped girl has been found, a different approach might be better. I will talk with master Screetor about this matter." the kel dorian master replied.

"Very well. I shall speak to master Gri'pan then.", Ajava replied with a tone of finality.

The two masters, seemingly finished with their discussion, gave each other a polite nod. Master Shebi walked away towards the library, while master Qun Treen walks towards the trio.

"I trust you have found the crystals.", he points towards a nearby alcove, "Let us sit down, and then you can tell me what you have found."

Jaicen waits patiently until the two Jedi masters are finished talking and after Master Qun Treens comment he follows him.
"Master, We did find crystals and meanwhile I got a tour of the facilities. Salia, could you show them?"

"As suggested we first went to the temple and found a crystal on top of the fountain. With her acrobatics Salia obtained the crystal. In the meditation chambers me and Trigiel did not find a crystal, and through meditation we attuned towards the DEM crystal within my droid and thought that maybe that was the crystal you were aiming for. Or Salia, do you know more than us, crawling through the whole place?" Jaicen said with a faint smile.

"In the machine shop we found a crystal on top of a machine and the Quartermaster gave the crystal after a short talk, while providing us with Guano's."

[Salia]

Salia handed over the crystals they had found before putting her hands down and throwing her legs up in the air, balancing upside down in a hand-stand as Jaicen explained the story.

"One of the crystals was really big and one of them was only blue half the time, but it still counts because I got to climb on a giant thingy-machine" she explained, as if this was somehow logically connected.

"Also, we finished the Guango's, but we can probably get more from Quartermaster Nishra if you want some as well?" she offered the Jedi Master

[Jedi Master Qun Treen]

Qun Treen listens to the explanation, and inspects the crystals that were handed over.

"So, you found no crystal in the meditation chamber then?", he asks, "You said so just now, or would you like to revise your statement?"

[Jaicen Hedoss]

"We meditated for a while, with Trigiel guiding my meditations, while Salia searched physically. After some meditation with the goal in mind, I was drawn to a crystal within my droid and concluded that the DEM crystal within the droid should be the crystal were were looking for, especially after Salia did not find a crystal through manual searching. "

"Wait, one moment please, Master" Jaicen continued while he drove towards his droid and started looking through the fusilage of the droid, "Could it be that you hid another crystal within the droid?"

Salia decided that now was a good time to walk around the other Jedi on her hands, circling them as she carefully balanced herself, losing track of the conversation as she focussed on the task at hand.

Trigiel patiently waited for Jaicen to again search the droid.

Salia: Normally I would say that walking on one's hands requires a higher score than 5, though that ruling would mean that Salia is incapable of walking on her hands right now until she raises one of the traits involved; and that is a bit too harsh in my opinion. Because of this, I will rule that it succeeds right now, but might not necessarily succeed in the future: Approved))

As Salia slowly walks around the Jedi on her hands, taking her time to carefully take each step and regain her balance before taking the next, Jaicen looks through the fussilage of his droid.

After going through the whole droid, Jaicen concludes that there is no crystal hidden on his droid. So that would mean that the Jedi master either meant the DEM crystal... Or they somehow missed the crystal in the meditation room completely...

Master Qun Treen simply looked on with a neutral expression as this went on.

[Jaicen Hedoss]

"I thought the crystal was hidden within the droid, master." Jaicen said disappointed."With the crystal you either meant the crystal within my droid: the DEM crystal, or you meant another crystal which we did not find, since we focused on meditating instead of just searching."

"Could you provide us with an answer?"

[Salia]

Salia remained focussed on her new primary activity, not paying any attention to the rest of the conversation. Despite her best efforts though, there was a high likelihood of her toppling over at some inconvenient moment in the very near future. At least there wasn't a big cabinet of priceless and irreplaceable porcelain figurines nearby.

[Fecta Trigiel]

"Master," Trigiel added, "at the time of our visit in the meditation chamber, we found a crystal other than the one we already found, and we brought along that crystal. That crystal was the DEM crystal from padawan Jaicen."

[Jedi Master Qun Treen]

"Indeed, knight Trigiel. Sometimes there is no clear answer."

He looks at Jaicen's droid for a moment.

"And while it is often good to re-examine the situation more closely, this does not always provide the things you seek."

He picks up the translucent crystal and looks at it closely.

"Nor does a clearly stated objective have to state the actual goal of the mission."

He then sees that Salia's antics are going to make her hand-walk into two Knights coming down the hallway.

"I think this concludes the tour. So it is time to bestow up you the prize: one purple hoverball. Needless to say, it should be shared fairly."

He produces the extremely purple ball and gently throws it against the wall of the corridor -- incidentally so that it hovers out of the way of the two Knights.
