Once the scouts were brought up to speed Darones started working with them and Trigiel to bring the Tauntaun's down one by one.

With Darones no longer jumping in ideas, Trigiel helps brining the tauntauns down, by using the force to lift rocks for stable footings.

As it turns out, tired taun tauns going downward go both faster and are less careful where they put their feet. Luckily, the Jedi are capable of guiding them down safely. Though one of them had to make an "aerial split" for a moment as Trigiel rescued it by using the Force to move a stone under the taun taun's foot as it misstepped — which made for a very confused taun taun, from its point of view it was suddenly stepping on air.

With the taun tauns safely down in the valley, the Jedi were able to follow the original path in the opposite direction.
