Plump!

Dust is blowing around when T’sal lands. With her light saber she easily deflects all the blaster fire at her. Looking up to the incoming fire she can also see that Trigiel has managed to get on board. T’sal is glad that their plan worked, but then T’sal hears their next setback.

“More?!........damn. It is expected that there are more. Please, watch yourself and do not get yourself caught or killed.”

There is nothing T’sal can do for Trigiel as he is high up in the pod. T’sal goes off to investigate the camp. She starts with the headquarter and then continues from the most to least busiest tents/areas looking for survivors and determine who is dead.

((OOC: Thank you Fecta Trigiel :). i hope i can keep up to give you both a nice experiance ^^))

Fecta Trigiel tries to keep the exit in close mind as he does a slow step towards Kura'ran and the cloaked man.
"What do you want with him anyway?" Fectra Trigiel asks. As Fecta Trigiel took his step he began to notice somthing odd about the soldiers. The Soldiers did not seem to follow him at gun point. They where softly shaking keeping them forced into place. The same goes for the 2 soldiers holding down Kura'ran. A strange sensation of fear was in the air. Even though Fecta Trigiel could not see it. He was pretty sure that the man had a smile on his face.
"What do I... want him? Tell me little toy soldier.. do you even know why you... want him". The man puts the disks away within his cloak.

T'sal is oblivious to what happens inside the pod where Fecta Trigiel is. Meanwhile there might be a way to get the fire from the other pods down or help in some way.

"Master Jedi!" a shout comes from behind T'sal from the one of the bigger tents. A chief scientist beckons T'sal to come to her. T'sal deflects the incoming fire and dodges the others and rushes into the tent. Ducking behind some machinery they would be safe for time being. "Thank god you two came back. hehe i might see my family after all. Now for I might have some suggestions on how to get those little people out of the air". The scientist grabs the nearest data pad and holds it out in front of T'sal.

"There are two things we could do. First off you can take this data pad and bring it to the terminal set up in the other tent a few yards away. if we're lucky then you can set it up with the terminal and hack into their pod mainframes to let them crash back down again. I have set up the biggest part of the program on this datapad so you should be able to activate it. However, if you fancy a bit more action you can also try to draw their fire away from me a bit more and use a prototype weapon we found not too long ago in one of the armoury buildings. Its located in the small tent on the east side inside a casket . We are not one hundred percent sure on what it does. but we do know it is a simple point and shoot boom gun.. in laments terms that is." he adds with a smile.

The scientist peaks over the casket to observe the situation and immediately drops back down again covering from random blaster fire. "phew! Well master jedi, this is as good a time as any!".

((OOC: There T'sal. dont think i am going to let you do nothing :P))

T’sal is happy to see the scientist alive, she is relieved and so is he. A least some people seems to have survived. T’sal listens to what the scientist has to tell. He seems to have somethings prepared.

“This all seems to be some kind of set up. So let’s try and disturb their plan. I like the idea of killing multiple birds with one stone. I can program and encrypt so let’s go to the terminal. Can I have a look your program?”

T’sal takes the datapad and quickly looks into the program while the scientist takes a peak.

((Check: 12 = 5 Force Level + 5 Intuition + 1 Programming + 1 Slicing -- To check out the program the scientist wrote.))

“Okay, wait for my mark then we run.”

T’sal puts the datapad in her bag and then carefully checks out the situation to see where the fire is coming from. She gets her light saber ready and “GO”. T’sal puts herself in between the blaster fire and the scientist so she protects him. She adjusts her pace so together they get across towards the tent. When they are save from the fire T'sal takes a look around in the tent.

"He looks like a little fairy, and I like little fairies." Trigiels headlight shined awfully pink when he said that with a sugar sweet voice. Then his headlight suddenly turns white again while his headflaps turned more in a anger stance. "Of course I know what I want with him, he is a polite guy who nicely asked us to carefully help him. You however, are a person hiding himself and his intentions in a cloak. I can tell you, that is very unproductive." The last part Trigiel added more like an advice than as an accusation.

At the same time, Trigiel tried to kept by how much time he had left when he could still sort of safely jump out the shuttle again.

T'sal and the scientist arrive at the tent under a constant fire of the ships above them. For the time it seems that the ships are hovering in place in the sky. T'sal takes a look around in the tent but it does not seem there is a lot to see. Workstations and tables with chairs are set around in the tent but most of them are broken or shot into pieces from the random fire. "There is the terminal" the scientist shouts out while pointing to a corner station. The two run towards it and T'sal immidatly stands between the blaster fire and the terminal. It is more diffecult since mostly there is still fabric from the tent in the way of her vision but she manages just fine. "Right, I prepared the system to lock on the ships network. when your ready hook up the datapad and run it".

In the sky the situation was a lot more grim. Fecta Trigiel is so caught up in the situation that the sounds from outside the ship are hardly noticeable. "Fairy... asked for help.. Just as mundane as keeping this two little playtoys here." And a swift swing cuts the two soldiers down lifeless on the ground. " to practise moves on. Such a shame these toys don't last so long."
The man grabs Kura'ran and throws him towards Fecta Trigiel who catches him. Fecta Trigiel looks up again towards man once again and a sudden strong feeling of fear comes back stronger and stronger from the still frozen soldiers around him. "Maybe you want him because you think he asked for help. maybe you are just here as a puppet, doing the work for your "employers" that they are to lazy to do them self. I wonder if you are ever truly in control of what you do. But this is not the time for discussion. I'm afraid you have to leave now since I have some more practising to do"

The man suddenly raises his hand and Fecta Trigiel is met with a sudden force that he had not prepared from since he had Kura'ran in his arms. As Fecta Trigiel falls out of the ship holding Kura'ran he stopped in mid air being hooked on the cable still.

“Trigiel, I met a scientist in the camp. He made a program to take over the pods networks system and get them down. So you better start bracing yourself as I will run it in a few seconds.”

T’sal checks the program one last time and sees to it that the crew of the pods will not be able to override it (including manually). She then connects the datapad to the terminal and runs the program if Trigiel has no objections.

"Hold on" he said to Kura'ran as they felt out the ship. "We're comming down, catch us." Trigiel said over the comm. Then they reached the end of the rope. Trigiel looked if he saw T'sal and if she was ready to catch them. Either when T'sal was outside again or when the ship was winning hight again Trigiel took action. With a simple action he unhooked the rope causing him and Kura'ran to fell down again. Trigiel surely hoped T'sal was ready and Kura'ran was in good physical condition.

In his fall he redirected to the most soft spot he could find and used the force to break their fall. His priority was to safe Kura'ran, and to preserve his organ parts. Trigiel didn't care much about his cyborg parts as those could be easily repaired afterwards.

WE are coming down’? Okay, that sounds like Trigiel has hopefully Kura’ran. T’sal quickly pushes the button and waits for the system to react. She monitors it and makes adjustments when necessary. If everything seems to be set in motion, T’sal grabs her ligthsaber and goes outside.

“ I will go outside, to see how there are going down, just wait here.” T’sal says to the scientist. She looks up to the pods and tries to spot Trigiel. She readiest her telekinesis and force jump power to catch them.

((OOC: Yes my apologies, vacation and such :). but your extra post did clear up a uncertainty for me T'sal. so it all works out.))

"...Program confirmed.." is the last thing T'sal hears upon leaving the tent. As she gets outside she can see Fecta Trigiel dangling in the air on quite a hight and notices the fire around her stopped. Upon investigating she could see the pods around Fecta Trigiel are making weird aerial movement giving a good indication that the program did something. Fecta Trigiel spots T'sal on the ground and think that this might be the best time and only chance to get down somewhat unharmed.

Fecta Trigiel cuts himself loose from his hook and tries to swing and direct himself towards T'sal. T'sal jumps up succesfully towards Fecta Trigiel and softens the blow of landing on the ground. Apart from a some dents on Fecta Trigiels feet and legs the entire fall was not all too bad. When the three have a moment to look around its obvious how some of the pods can not handle the controls of the pods any more and starts to crash down towards the ground, leaving behind a crater with an explosion. The pod where the two where pushed out of however they could see the cloaked man standing in the opening of the pod, making slow waves with his hands signalling goodbye. The pod slowly vanishes above the clouds.

For the first time since a long time the entire area was quiet again. Apart from animal noices from the forrest nearby and some fire around the camp and the crashed pods. It seemed that all life stood still for a moment. After a few more deep breaths Kura'ran stood up again and looked around the devastation of his camp and the lifeless bodies of his co-workers. It was clear he was deeply hurt by the loss of his comrades. "I will contact Gri'pan to send up help and a ride back. I think we all have had enough of the place for the time being and we must report back what we all experienced here".

The scientist that T'sal met and more that where in hiding soon came back and worked fast to get all the gear that was not destroyed together with all the collected data.

"Well our rides are on their way. So if you two have unfinished business here now is a good time to get it over with. I do not want to remain here any longer."

Kura'ran turns around and starts to work on the camp.

T’sal is glad to see Trigiel and Kura’ran hanging save around and that thee pods are coming down. After catching her comrades she gives Trigiel a complement for getting Kura’ran and then looks up.

“Good work Trigiel. It’s seems they are away with making quite a statement.”

T’sal takes a look around the camp to determine the damage.

“Trigiel, let’s first check the pods for survivors, maybe we can get some more prisoners and some equipment. Then we can get back to the mountain to fetch S4 and the other two.”

T’sal runs and force jumps to the nearest pods and investigates it. (Do not think I need to make a check for this, otherwise says so)

"Thank you for the catch T'sal," Trigiel said when he felt down then he asked Kura'ran, "You OK?"

The cyborg looked up in the air and saw the drop ship flying away. "Well at least that guy is away, that saves us quite some troubles I think." If Kura'ran was fine, Trigiel said: "Yes, lets check out the crash sites, before they all committed suicide. Lets split up to work faster, you go over there, I take the other one I think the scientists are best to stay here."

Else he gave him some proper medical attention.
((Check: 8 = 4 Force Level + 3 Intuition + 1 Medicine -- for medical attention if necessary))

Then Trigiel looked around for something he could use as a rope to tie down prisoners. "Maybe the scientists can fetch the other prisoners and tie them down?" Trigiel said not to anyone in particular. "I think we can use the guy lines a rope, if there is nothing else."

After a quick check up from Fecta Trigiel it seems that the fall was all caught by Fecta Trigiel. There was no need for medical attention for Kura'ran. All along the camp there were people with medical knowledge who worked on the people who where hurt. For now it seems that nothing serious was going on.

Fecta Trigiel dispatched instructions about the prisoners T'sal and himself made higher up in the mountains. And with a group armed with small blaster pistols they would check it out while the two padawans went to search on. Fecta Trigiel and T'sal split up searching around the crashed pods and other sites where soldiers where present. After a quick inspection it was obvious that no pods are survived the crash and all personal was scattered around crash sites. For now it does not seem that any more people can be found using this path.

When T'sal and Fecta Trigiel came back from the crash sites it seems that T'sal droid S4 and the prisoners have been brought down back in the camp. The prisoners where placed inside a tent and kept under guard. They have been stripped of any usefull tools and weapons and are made harmless. As the two padawans move towards the tent they are stopped by Kura'ran.

"Master jedi's. I managed to contact Gri'pan and our rides are on their way. We got a about three more hours till the ships arrive to pick us up. I had to pass along the message that you two are to report to her directly on arriving back. And to deliver these prisoners to the council for questioning."

Kura'ran waited for a reply. If there was none, he would turn around are get back to his work. It was easy to hear he repeated the ship pickup information to his crew and the rest of the camp started to make more haste with packing up their gear.

It was good to see the last survivors in relative good condition. "Oh, I almost forgot, there is one prisoner left, but before that, there are still a few things left in the mountain I want to check. T'sal, you can slice right? maybe there is something left on the computer inside. At least we can bring it back to the council and see what they can find. And maybe there is some more left, the temple was bigger than just one room, and we haven't seen where Malarika took here escape. Maybe we can still get something useful out of all of this."

If T'sal had nothing else and went back in the temple, Trigiel grabbed something for a rope, and haste outside "I will be right there in the temple after I have taken care of my buddy." He went to the soldier he had build in some rocks, carefully removed the rocks in a smart order so the soldier had no change of killing himself and tied the soldier up tight before returning him to the other prisoners.

T’sal is glad to see so many survivors and they also got some prisoners. Hopefully the council will be able to extract information from them. This has been quite the mission and they are not finished yet.

“Your right Trigiel, let’s get as much information out of this place as possible.”

T’sal helps Trigiel fetch his prisoner and they then go then back to the office and into the temple. S4 comes along to help turn the place upside down. T’sal goes to the computer and sees if Malarika has left anything behind.

Trigiel went first to look through the rest of the temple. He thought about of following Malarikas escape route first, but then he expected her to be long gone, so no reason to split up so much.

When he was finished in the temple and there was nothing of interest keeping him there, he went the same way as Malarika did, to see where that road was leading to.

The two padawans take quick care of their prisoners and head back to the temple where they last had their encounter with Malarika. The mountain village they passed through is becoming familiar and it does not take too long to find the way back. The village is a bit more run-down now as the soldiers who passed through here left their mark. Walls broken down. corpses and all that goes along are painting the scenery. It gives a shivering sight.

As they arrive back to the temple it does not seem a lot has changed. The padawans open to door again that was slammed shut and see the same hallway. T'sal goes to work on the computer last used by Malarika as Fecta Trigiel uses the time to scout around the hall. After climbing a few steps there are a number of room to be found around the complex. As Fecta Trigiel walks in a few and checks around the Symmetry is really noticeable. all rooms look the same but are now completely empty and cleared of any stuff. The occasional paper on the floor is all that remains of this once inhabited temple. And the papers them self are either empty sheets or contain useless information. Fecta Trigiel headed back down and went to check out Malarika's supposed escape route. Once outside at the back door nothing of interest. A small clearing where by the looks of it a small pod like shop lifted off. No clue's could be made out.

T'sal rebooted the computer and went to snoop around for anything. Like the rooms upstairs it seems that whatever Malarika last did on here it cleared practically all information that this computer held. After a good while trying something interesting turned up. It appears the people around here where working on a project named "Absorption". But besides this name it appears all links to it are cleared right off. The computer is quite useless for anything further.

“ Trigiel I want to see how the footage of the recording of Malarika from S4 is. We can use that in our report.”

"Well, I haven't had the time to thoroughly check all the papers lying around. Can you wrap up the computer and make it ready for transport while I collect the papers? We can take at the papers outside while we're waiting and maybe back at the jedi temple one of the masters will be able to get something out of the computer."

Trigiel collects every thing he could find: papers, (broken)disks, datapads. So he could look at them when they had some more time. For now he stored them in his chest pocket and now empty left leg pocket. When he was back at the central chamber, he looks if T'sal had made the computer ready for transport.

If the computer was shut down and free of wires and such, Trigiel grabbed the pc and carried the thing outside. There they while they waited for their transport to arive, Trigiel read all the papers he collected. There was nothing better to do anyway.

After T'sal search there rests nothing more then to head back with the last gathered spoils. The computer gets dismantled and the last papers and hardware that was to be found gathered. During the walk back Fecta Trigiel looks over his gathered papers but as suspected nothing worth mentioning is writing down. All gathered hardware consists of some broken disks which might be useful for the council.

As the two padawans arrive back at the camp T'sal sets up S4 to retrieve any video and audio data of the meeting with Malarika. Viewing it over it seems that the strong power in the room did mess a bit with S4 and therefore shows some disrupted moments. T'sal uses her computer skils and manages to get the video and audio a bit more stable. Its not much but enough to be used for the council.

Soon after the sounds of the camp are blown away by a large ship coming near the surface. Once it's lands the scientists are getting to work automatically as if they know this ship. Quickly a small white robot leaves the ship and starts to talk to everyone with a bit too much enthusiasm. It does not take long before it heads to the padawans and greets them

"Good day young padawans! yes yes. Please stock all gathered materials and objects in the special storage room I have prepared at the back of the ship. My master Gri'pan has been informed of a lot of the events that took place , yes yes! But requested a meeting with the two of you and your inventory to really fathom the situation."

"It was a good day, till I was nearly killed, attacked by suicidal soldiers and pushed out of a drop-ship." Said Trigiel agitated to de droid. This day was not quite his day. "Lets get out of here."

Trigiel stashed the stuff at the storage depot. "What awaits us?" He answered T'sal, "she wonders why suddenly an army of Mandalorian soldiers dropped out of the sky, ordered by a sith just at the moment we took a look and conveniently said hi to her."

Trigiel felt an anger born out of helplessness growing inside him. It was growing the entire time, but now there was nothing anymore to focus it on. He could either smack something down or stare into the nothingness of space. He choose the latter. As soon they took off, he stared to the stars, and then to the clouds of hyperspace. The entire trip he was not available for a talk.

The flight seems to take for ever. All around the two padawans the few scientist who are still with them are keeping their spirits up and talking to each other. but neither of the padawans is really up for any chatting. Its a good thing the entire ordeal was not a too great a shock for Kura'ran since he still manages to keep on top of his crew and offer guidance. The strange droid seems to be in heavy discussion with Kura'ran and is moving all around the place. The trip itself is not all that special besides the fact that there is a total absence of Mandolorian ships. All trace seems to have vanished.

As the ship arrives back at the place of their departure. The padawans start to unload their things along the other people from the ship. It does not take long for a heavily stressed Gri'pan walks toward Kura'ran pulling him to a side away from the others. A few larges gestures later Kura'ran makes a comfirming bow and leave the large ship bay hall. After that Gri'pan walks towards the two busy padawans.

"Well judging from what I got from reports I am glad you two made it out of there al right". She looks around the worn faces of the scientists and rests her head in her hand and gently rubs her forhead in deep thought. "There is a lot to find out about all this. I think it is best if you two file your report and come see me after that. In the meantime I have some things to discuss with Kura'ran about his own discoveries. I hope your memories will serve you well . COME TOR!" she shouts last at the little droid working around the ship. A small twirl shows his acknowledgement and he follows Gri'pan closely
