I added the Astai Genetic Lineage Analysis to the wiki and I have started research on this. I don't foresee any problems as it is a generic specialisation of the Genetic Lineage Analysis tech, of which there already are a few, but I still figured I would notify everyone about it.

I also added the Astai Racial Upgrade to the genealogical archives.
