Welcome!
You can start by reading the Introduction for new Players; it will point you to the system building rules and other information you might want.
As for the place to drop your system draft, this thread (or this board) would be good.

Personally I'd go for a little less goldilocks space, since you simply won't have enough bio to provide everything with all the right atmospheres and the likes - you can terraform later, but terraformation is rather expensive and you're probably better off filling and upgrading all of your zones first.
That being said, the general consensus amongst the player base appears to be that goldilocks are the only thing that matters to them, so they'd certainly support your design in that regard ^_^

I agree with admin, terraformation is extremely expensive for the slight bonus it provides. I just tried to get as much goldilocks zones as possible, mostly as a gimmick -- but it appears everyone now wants that.

My reasoning is more or less this: there's little downside to having goldilocks zones over having cold or hot zones, except that you're going to have fewer zones in total. You're not going to notice this until next year. By that time, you might have succeeded in terraforming a world or in exploring a new system elsewhere. Thing is, I was planning on investing in terraforming myself from the start. If you're not, you might want to make different plans.
i updated my system plan with some more details.
Names and background:
System name: Pandora System
Faction Name: Enlightened Kingdoms
Star name: Ilum
binary : Lios
brown dwarf: Centrium
Large Moon1: Ursidium
Large Moon2: Bronium
Large Moon3: Pandamonium
Large Moon4: Salanium
Large Planet: Gargantium
Medium Planet1: Industrium
Medium Planet2: Outerium
Background:
Millions of years ago in another system there was a planet that was going to be completely flooded. The Ancients send a ship to this system to save a small group of every type of animals on the planet, to save them from extinction. They were brought to the 4 large moons in the Pandora system where they lived on in protective domes.
After a few hundred years half of the creatures were brought back to earth to start over and repopulate the planet. The other half was kept in the pandora system as a backup.
thousands of years later the ancients still experimented on the remaining creatures, at which on some point they were capable of uplifting some of the species to the next evolutional level. At some point in time all the ancients left in a hurry to join there kind in an inter-galactic war. Nobody ever saw them again. When the ancients were long gone the uplifted species started to build and expand on their moons, eventually working together with the races on the other moons.
Each of the moons was ruled by a different species.
The first moon closest to the brown dwarf is consists of many high mountains and is ruled by the powerful black bears. They roam the mountains in search for metals, crystals and other rare elements. Their moon was later named Ursidium by them.
The second moon concists of big grass lands and is ruled by the cute ponies. They were the first onces to decipher the ancients texts and are the main source of information and entertainment. They named their moon Bronium.
The third moon concists of a giant rainforests and is ruled by the pandas. There insatiable need for food made them the best species for collecting organics. Their moon was later named Pandamonium.
The fourth moon is a giant cold desert. This planet is ruled by the Salamanders. The salamanders were naturally skilled at collecting gasses. Due to the scarce nature of surface gasses on the planet they had to collect it with high efficiency. Currently they are capable of collecting gasses from deep rich sources. They named their planet Salanium.

I'm not sure that the planet 'Earth' actually exists in the Star Wars setting -- I don't see any objection to it though (looks at admin)?
I like the background story, but I assume from your story that evolution has been taken a few steps since the animals were dropped on their respective planets? Personally I don't see bears or pandas building spaceships with their current physiology (no opposable thumbs and rather indelicate claws). But that shouldn't be that much of a problem, one can always think up reasons for this.
A word of warning though, this is not only an economic game with a Star Wars flavour. We tend to take the role play rather seriously. So while out-of-character I might be amused by the antics of a pony, it will probably not help you to make any kind of political point with respect to my in-character opinion. Even worse, senators tend to have a dim view on any kind of antic, especially with regards to the economy or security of their home world.

I think the back story may need a little bit of work - as a general rule, I'd advise choosing slightly serious names / concepts. It might be funny now, but you might still be playing it a year from now by which time the joke has long since lost its appeal. That being said, I think we can work with what you've written. Here's some comments from me, let me know how you think about things.
On the origin of species
I am not sure a species can survive with only one male and one female. Keep in mind the second generation would basically be reproducing with their brothers and sisters (or parents o_O). Inbreeding would quickly kill the species.
At this time, there is no significant inter-galactic travel as hyperspace travel beyond the Dark Matter Barrier outside the galaxy is blocking such traffic from taking place. There might be some contact with smaller satellite galaxies, but in cross-contamination between galaxies is implausible at the current level of technology.
Finally, evolution from non-sentient to sentient takes tens of millions of years. Though it might have gone very fast, a few millennia seems optimistic.
That being said, there is no reason why your species' founding myth might not say exactly what you told us so far. Humans have come up with stranger explanations for their existence, and have believed in them with fervour since the dawn of time. Keep in mind however that it is unlikely that non-native species will believe your version of what happened.
I don't see a reason why your species couldn't have been transplanted and uplifted by another species now extinct. The Times of Chaos might easily have destroyed most traces of them, while leaving their scientific experiments (your biodomes) untouched.
On shapes and names
I see no problem with races that resemble bears, panda's, pony's or salamanders. Star Wars canon has far stranger creatures than that.
I'd rather avoid references to earth as it messes with immersion. Also, every species and their mother is going to call their homeworld 'earth' in their native tongue. To avoid confusion, the common practice is to give a proper name to a planet (even if the species itself may refer to it as 'earth' in their native tongue, this will be translated to the actual proper name of the planet to avoid confusion)
Similarly the name "the suns" is a bit unlucky. If you do wish to use that name, please name the page Pandora_System_The_Suns on the wiki to avoid confusion -> see Asteroid Belt A in the Rha System, which uses the pagename http://fwurg.xs4all.nl/dokuwiki/ic:rha_ ... oid_belt_a .
EDIT
Almost forgot to add - the new System Builder is currently being constructed, however I do not expect it to be done for at least two to three weeks.

Thank you for this helpful feedback. I will change the background and change the name of the suns.
I will change the name earth to something else and try to do something with the experiments idea.
This week i will make the changes and might try to use the current system builder to build my system, i will look at the other systems as examples.

The new version of your factions history looks great!
I won't get to it tonight, but tomorrow evening once I get back from work I will look at your system in detail and officially sanction it at which point you can join fully! In the meanwhile, feel free to introduce yourself as a candidate member to the other Union members if you wish and interact with everyone

Don't forget that you can make your own OOC page user:fred on the wiki.
You can use this page to stash personal notes, ideas, or proposals for the admin. (Although everyone can read your page, so you might not want to post secrets there.) This page is also linked by most of your characters (as the 'Played by fred' link in the bottom of the box).
You could also add some descriptive text on the different species pages. But it looks good already.

Everything appears to be in order! I fixed a few minor things, but nothing that needs additional review:
* I made a note your star is an Orange / Yellow Binary (it only listed being orange)
* Zones on Industrium listed +20 for a type IV atmosphere, but the correct value is type III (already fixed on wiki - you had the correct atmosphere, just the wrong listing)
I just need to know which starting zone you want to start in. See the Map entry (there's an option to highlight possible locations where you can settle). I'll need to know the sector coordinates (visible on mouseover) as well as the general location of your world in the sector (i.e. top-left corner, center, bottom, etc. This has no effect on the game whatsoever, so its just for your personal pleasure.
Mind you if you want to settle in a sector where a player is already present, you'll need their permission. Once I know your starting sector, I will add you on the map and you can start trading with players!
Finally, you may want to take a look at the Blazonry tool (actual tool) to make a logo.
That all being said, since everything is in order, you are hereby officially approved!

I would like to be in the sector 11 -7 then. In the bottom left corner.
I will look at a logo later.
