I'd like to claim sector 11 -3 for my faction (which doesn't have a name yet). I'd also like to claim sovereignty on this sector.

Noted. Where in this sector do you want your planet placed (i.e. top left corner, center of the hex, etc). This has absolutely no impact on the game whatsoever, but you can pick for flavour ^_^

I think that the bottom left corner makes the most sense for me.

Unfortunately, you're about a day late for Sector 16 -4. It has also been claimed by the Alitaera System, which was approved yesterday.

If Iladriel is willing to share, maybe you could share the zone?
