In the description of the special Chthonian planet it says:
What does incorporated mean? Does that mean they can be specialised by a corporation?
As is normal with Gas Giants, these zones may be upgraded and incorporated, and are treated as medium moons for purposes of Focus.

'Incorporated' does indeed mean that the zone can be specialized by a corporation.
But, this is a bit of a tricky statement. Because, although the specialization is not explicitly prohibited by the special, in the current rules, specialization requires a Type I Atmosphere (as described in Specializing zones).
A Type I Atmosphere requires Natural Life, and Natural Life requires a
Goldilocks orbit (because of the Habitable rule).
So in conclusion: Yeah, you could specialize those zones, but that would require some major research into non-goldilocks natural life, or into non-Type I Atmosphere corporations.
