Because there is now a new climate added to the fwurg rules I would like to add this Late Heavy Bombardment to the planets of Rebenka and Woshod as there 3rd climate.

Per the rules change modification rule.

@RemcoSwenker: I see no problems with that. Both worlds had only 2 climates, so you don't really change anything: Approved.
