I hereby inform you that Colonial Network Base Station 4 in 236, Colonial Network Base Station 5 in 237 and Colonial Network Base Station 6 in 238 will be transfered to the IO Protocol. As such we will no longer be able to provide your holonet relays with an attachment point as per our treaty.

I realise I have been far too late with notifying you of this development, which is why I will personally guarantee you the Veolian Commonwealth can maintain their connection to these base stations for the next five for free. I believe five turns is enough time for you to make a new deal with the IO Protocol.
